Rock Gym Pro - Notice history

Earlier today, we identified an issue that prevented member change requests from loading for both Cloud and Locally Hosted customers. The issue has been resolved, and member change requests are now loading normally. No action is required. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

We are investigating reports that completed waiver submissions are not appearing in Smartwaiver as expected. Our team is working with Smartwaiver, who is actively investigating the issue and working to determine the scope and root cause. Customers may experience delays or failures in the processing of newly submitted waivers. We will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.
