This morning, a new version of the software was rolled out to all RGP Cloud facilities at 5 AM local time. Soon after the first facilities were updated, we were made aware of an issue affecting some of our customers and their ability to create new calendar offerings. It is important to note that customers are still able to book and edit existing calendar offerings.
Our development team worked quickly to identify the root cause and created a fix that will roll out overnight for all Cloud customers automatically. We're sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.
If you need to create new calendar offerings today, we can roll that fix out to you immediately. Please reach out to RGP Support (support@rockgympro.com) if you would like assistance with that update today or if you have any further questions.
