RGP Customer Support will be available for limited support only from Friday, December 22nd through Monday, December 25th then again Sunday, December 31st through Monday, January 1st in observance of the upcoming Holidays.
During this time, our inbox will be monitored for emergencies between 7 AM - 3 PM PST. If you experience an emergency during that time, please send an email to support@rockgympro.com indicating that it is an emergency and we will assist you as soon as we can. If you experience an emergency outside of those hours, there may be a delay in resolution, but we will do our best to address the issue as soon as we can.
Note: RGP Customer Support will maintain normal business hours from Tuesday, December 26th through Friday, December 29th, but may have reduced capacity.
