Investigating

We have received reports from Stripe Custom customers who use Stripe Terminals at their POS that some transactions are declining. Customers are seeing error messages on the terminal saying "Something went wrong. Try a different form of payment." and errors in RGP citing an "API Error 500 Internal Server Error".

Stripe has reported that they have seen elevated latency and declines on transactions involving cards issued by JPMorgan Chase, as a result of an issue affecting the bank and external to Stripe. They are currently investigating this issue and are providing updates on their status page (status.stripe.com), but we will continue to update customers through our status page as well (status.rockgympro.com).
