This issue was resolved by ACHWorks.
On October 1st, 2023 customers using the ACHWorks payment processor reportedly received errors when attempting to collect payments from customers with an ACH payment method on their account, resulting in a failure to collect payment from those customers. All credit card customers customers were charged without issue.
We reached out to ACHWorks and they confirmed that the issue was on their end as ACHWorks servers were down for maintenance on 10/1. They reported that those servers are now back up and running.
Any customer still seeing billing errors while trying to process ACH payments should try retransmitting the billing event. To do so, go to Data Entry > Manage > Billing > Billing Events [PENDING EVENTS] tab. Select the ACH event and click the Transmit button. You should then see a success message. We have received reports from some customers that this has resolved the issue, but if you are still receiving errors or unable to collect ACH payments, please reach out to support directly and let us know: support@rockgympro.com.
