Intermittent Smartwaiver URL Issues for RGP Customers

The Smartwaiver team has identified and resolved an issue with one of their servers that was causing some RGP customers to experience issues either loading or completing Smartwaiver forms via the iPad/Netbook URL or Smartwaiver Kiosk App. We appreciate your patience as they worked to correct this issue.

If your facility is still experiencing intermittent issues with Smartwaiver forms not loading or Smartwaiver forms not allowing submissions, please reach out directly to Smartwaiver Support detailing what you are experiencing: support@smartwaiver.com.

The Smartwaiver team has identified an issue with one of their servers that is causing the issue. There is a temporary fix in place until they can fully diagnose and resolve the issue.

You may have more success filling out and submitting waivers with your iPad/Netbook URLs, but might see some slight slowness. If you do see issues, we recommend that you use your Online URL instead, though it will require your customers to validate the waiver via the link in the waiver confirmation email.

We are now receiving new reports from some RGP customers who are just now experiencing this issue with the Smartwaiver Kiosk App as well. We appreciate your patience as we work with the Smartwaiver team to resolve this evolving issue.

If your facility is currently experiencing this issue, we recommend using the "Online" URL for those forms. To generate the online URL, go to Data Entry > Manage > Waiver Management / Stations > Live tab > "Copy Online URL" button. Note: Forms filled out using the Online URL will require customers to validate those forms via a link sent to their email address upon submission of the form.

Some Rock Gym Pro customers are reporting intermittent issues with loading or submitting Smartwaiver forms using the form's or the top-level form list's "iPad/Netbook" URL in a web browser. We are working with the Smartwaiver team to resolve this as quickly as possible.

RGP Customers using the Smartwaiver Kiosk App and Rock Gym Pro forms are not currently experiencing this issue.

If your facility is currently experiencing this issue, if possible, consider using the Smartwaiver Kiosk App on any tablet devices at your facility or using the "Online" URL for those forms. To generate the online URL, go to Data Entry > Manage > Waiver Management / Stations > Live tab > "Copy Online URL" button. Note: Forms filled out using the Online URL will require customers to validate those forms via a link sent to their email address upon submission of the form.
