The Smartwaiver team has identified the issue causing some RGP and Smartwaiver customers to be unable to sign and/or initial Smartwaiver forms in the Smartwaiver Kiosk app. They have rolled out an update on their end that should resolve the issue. We thank you for your patience as we worked with the Smartwaiver team to come to a resolution.
If your facility is still experiencing issues preventing your customers from signing or initialing Smartwaiver forms in the Smartwaiver Kiosk app, please reach out to RGP support with details on what you're seeing on your waiver kiosks with pictures of the issue, if possible: support@rockgympro.com
Some Rock Gym Pro and Smartwaiver customers are reporting that customers are unable to sign and/or initial waivers being displayed in the Smartwaiver Kiosk App on the waiver station devices at their facilities. We've begun working with the Smartwaiver team to identify the issue.
In the meantime, if your facility is experiencing this issue, we recommend using the iPad/Netbook URL for your waiver in a web browser on your kiosk devices as an alternative to the Smartwaiver Kiosk App. You can read more about how to do that here: Creating the URL for an iPad Waiver Station Form.
