We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
Some Rock Gym Pro customers on the locally hosted version of RGP have reported not being able to send in offsite backups and/or view documents assigned to customer records. This issue is not affecting customers on the cloud version of RGP. RGP has released an update (v.134260) to resolve these issues. This is the same update that has already been given to customers who have reached out to RGP Support about these issues.
We highly recommend all locally hosted customers update to this latest version if they have not done so already. To get the update, launch Data Entry → Manage → About → Check For Updates. Multigym facilities will need to coordinate updating all locations at the same time to avoid a Version Mismatch.
