We have received confirmation from the Smartwaiver team and by checking on our end that the issue with waiver delivery has been resolved. All the waivers that were not delivered during this time should have now been delivered. If you're not seeing waivers being delivered to RGP, you may need to refresh in RGP > Data Entry > Find Document to see them come through. If you still do not see waivers being delivered, please reach out to RGP support directly: support@rockgympro.com

We've received reports that RGP customers are experiencing 10-20 minute delays in delivering completed Smartwaiver forms to their RGP database. Smartwaiver has confirmed that the issue is on their end and is affecting all of their customers (RGP and non-RGP customers alike). They are working with their Dev team to resolve this as quickly as possible. Though the issue is outside the architecture of RGP, we’re sorry for the inconvenience and will keep you posted.
