The maintenance portion that might have affected web functionality was completed at 9:08 AM PST/16:08 UTC. We were able to keep web functionality available during that time, but if your facility is experiencing an issue, please reach out to support@rockgympro.com. We thank you for your patience.
Rock Gym Pro will be performing maintenance on some of our web servers at 9 AM PST/16:00 UTC March 15, 2024. The maintenance is estimated to take 5-10 minutes. During this time, some components of RGP's web functionality will experience issues for some facilities, primarily the web/mobile dashboard and online membership and calendar offerings. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause your facility. This work is critical to our web servers but we will do our best to minimize disruption and downtime of web functionality.
