As expressed in our last update, the IT/Dev team resolved the issue and the Smartwaiver Dev team has informed us that any waivers filled out that haven't yet delivered will be re-sent tomorrow or Friday.

If you need to verify waiver submission sooner, please log into your Smartwaiver account for verification: smartwaiver.com.

If it's essential to get particular waivers assigned with documents in RGP now, you can also download a pdf copy of the form in the Smartwaiver dashboard and attach it to customer's documents in RGP.

Our IT/Dev teams at Rock Gym Pro have identified and resolved the issue with waiver delivery. Any waivers filled out after approximately 12:50 PM PDT should deliver as expected. We're working with the Smartwaiver team right now to resend waivers that failed to deliver previously.

If you or a customer has filled out a waiver after 12:50 PM PDT and it hasn't delivered and isn't waiting on the customer to validate their email (if applicable), please click the "Refresh" button in Data Entry > Find Document. If the waiver doesn't deliver, please reach out to support: support@rockgympro.com

Customers may currently be experiencing issues with waiver delivery at this time. Our IT and Dev teams are working on a solution.

For the time being, customers using Smartwaiver can verify waiver submission by logging into their Smartwaiver account directly: smartwaiver.com

During a planned maintenance update to our internal systems, there was an issue with our data centers that has now been resolved.
