The Smartwaiver team has identified the issue and released a patch to resolve it. All waivers that had been submitted should now be delivering to RGP.
To check for new waivers in RGP, you can manually refresh by going to Find Document and clicking the Refresh button.
If after a few minutes after refreshing you are still missing waivers in RGP, please reach out to RGP Support at support@rockgympro.com.
