We've heard from the Smartwaiver team that this issue should now be resolved. Smartwaiver forms that we have tested are now loading correctly, but service may take a few minutes to fully restore for all customers. If you continue to have issues, please email support@rockgympro.com.

Waivers are still down, but the Smartwaiver team has resolved a portion of the issue and the Smartwaiver website is now working.

This means you can login directly to https://www.smartwaiver.com/ and view previously submitted waivers if need be. However, new waivers still cannot be submitted. We will update this status page as soon as waivers are back online.

This morning we were made aware of an Smartwaiver service outage that seems to be affecting all Smartwaiver customers. We have contacted the Smartwaiver team and they are already working to resolve this as quickly as possible. We will update this status page as soon as the Smartwaiver team is able to resolve the outage. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
