Our Dev and IT teams have identified the root cause of the recent platform issues. Many customers are now reporting that previously affected features are functioning normally again.

If you are still experiencing issues:

  • Please close all RGP windows completely and reopen them.
  • Cloud users: Do not just disconnect from the cloud host. Within the cloud window, close all open RGP windows before restarting.

We've received additional reports that keying in credit cards may not work for some users. We're working to get this and all other issues resolved as quickly as possible.

We’re currently investigating several issues affecting key parts of our platform:

  • Event Signups: Users are unable to complete event registrations through the website.
  • Waiver Forms: Submissions are failing with internal server errors at multiple locations.
  • Kiosk Membership Purchases: Card payments and storage are failing across several gyms.
  • Processing Member Change Request Forms: Submissions fail with a 501 error when sending emails with attachments.
