On Thursday and Friday, June 19th & June 20th, the Rock Gym Pro offices will be closed in observance of Juneteenth and an Employee Appreciation Day. During this time, our Support inbox will be monitored for emergencies between 7 AM - 3 PM PST.
If you experience an emergency during that time, please send an email to support@rockgympro.com indicating that it is an emergency and we will assist you as soon as we can. If you experience an emergency outside of those hours, there may be a delay in resolution, but we will do our best to address the issue as soon as we can.
