We're currently investigating an issue affecting the Smartwaiver integration. At this time, Smartwaiver forms are not functioning on the Smartwaiver Kiosk app. However, they function as normal when linked to directly.
We understand the impact this may have and are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will update this status as soon as we have more information or a resolution.
As a temporary work-around, you can use the Smartwaiver URL on a web browser with your tablets. To get this URL, navigate to Data Entry > Manage > Waiver Management / Stations > Live tab.
From there, click on your Smartwaiver form and then click Copy Online URL. Finally, paste that URL into any web browser on your tablet.
