Hi,
We want to make you aware of a current issue involving Settings permissions in RGP.
There is a bug that occurs if two users attempt to log into RGP Settings on the same day. The second user logging in may receive the following permissions error message.
Rock Gym Pro INTERNAL ERROR Access to the path 'C:\ProgramData\RockGymPro\ClientEnvironmentLog20260226.log' is denied.
Continue?
If you see this message, do NOT click “Yes” to continue.
Clicking “Yes” will wipe out the database settings and prevent RGP from communicating with the backend server.

While we work toward a permanent fix, please let your Admin-level staff know that only one person should access Settings per day to prevent the issue from occurring.
We truly appreciate your patience while we work through this and will keep you updated as soon as a permanent fix is in place.
