Web Mobile Dashboard Displaying Zero Data

We identified an issue affecting the Online Mobile Dashboard where certain metrics, including sales and check-ins, were displaying as zero. All underlying data within Rock Gym Pro remained accurate. The issue was limited to dashboard reporting sync.

A correction was deployed overnight to all Cloud-hosted environments. Dashboard reporting should now reflect accurate values. Some customers may have already received direct communication from our Support team regarding this issue. We appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve this issue.

We are currently investigating reports that the Web Mobile Dashboard is displaying zero values for sales, check-ins, and other daily metrics.

Some gyms have also reported that the dashboard menu shows outdated “last backup” dates for certain locations.

At this time, we have every reason to believe this is a display issue within the Web Mobile Dashboard and that underlying data, including transactions and backups, remains intact.

For additional peace of mind, you may verify your most recent backup: Navigate to Data Entry > Manage > Backup and Restore Database

On Cloud-hosted systems, this can be checked from any seat. On locally hosted systems, this must be checked directly on the server computer.

We will provide updates as soon as we have more information.
