The Smartwaiver team has identified the issue causing the delay in waiver delivery and resolved it. All previously filled out waivers should be delivered already and all new waivers being filled out should be delivered immediately. RGP customers may need to click the "Refresh" button in Find Document first if they aren't seeing them right away. We've received reports that some Smartwaiver/RGP customers are experiencing 5-10 minute delays in delivering completed Smartwaiver forms to their RGP database. At this time, the issue appears to be on the Smartwaiver side of things, but both RGP and Smartwaiver are working together to expedite restoring speedy service. We're very sorry for the inconvenience.
