Identified: 2FA Issues for Payments Dashboard and Cloud Logins

Most facilities can receive 2FA texts to log in to their cloud hosts (Cloud customers) and/or log in to the payments dashboard (Stripe Custom customers). If you are still not receiving 2FA texts when attempting to log in to either, please reach out to RGP support (support@rockgympro.com) with the following:

  • Your phone number (including country code)
  • The date and time you attempted to log in and did not receive the 2FA text
  • Your time zone
  • Where you were trying to log in: either the RGP Cloud or Payments Dashboard

Thank you for your patience as we've worked with our 3rd party 2FA providers to resolve this issue.

We have identified an issue for certain Stripe Custom payments dashboard and/or cloud users who are unable to receive SMS 2FA codes. We received initial reports from isolated customers in the UK, but the issue started affecting more users on 8/31/23.

On 8/31/23, we enabled email 2FA codes as a work-around, but we are still working with our 2FA providers to restore SMS 2FA service for our affected customers. We will provide additional updates as they become available.
