Last night, CrowdStrike experienced a global outage that affected several, but not all, RGP cloud servers. An update caused the outage pushed to all Windows agents online at 0409 UTC.

RGP IT and Support staff are actively working to restore services for all customers. Due to the nature of the problem, each system requires individual attention, which takes time.

Please continue to check our status page for updates. We will notify you as soon as all services are fully restored. Thank you for your continued patience.

Amazon has identified the issue but does not have an automated solution at this time for the particular configuration that RGP (and some other businesses) use. Our IT team is working with Amazon to execute a plan to restore service as soon as possible. We do not have a timeline estimate yet, but we will continue to update our status page with updates as they become available.

We have received reports from some facilities that they became disconnected from their cloud hosts and were unable to reconnect. We believe this is related to an update to one of Amazon's services that they recently deployed. The update is causing a stop error in Windows instances, which we use for RGP Cloud Hosts. The Amazon team is aware of the issue and working to restore service, as this is affecting multiple lines of their businesses and services worldwide.

Our IT team is in communication with Amazon agents about this issue. At this time, the issue still remains on Amazon's side. We have and will continue to post updates to our status page here: status.rockgympro.com.

We're sorry for the inconvenience this is causing. This worldwide outage is affecting many software companies and businesses and we'll do all we can to make sure things are up and running as soon as Amazon and Microsoft work through this issue.
