We’re aware of an issue affecting new installations of Rock Gym Pro. When opening modules like Check-in, Data Entry, POS, or Calendar, users may see a repeated error:
“The remote server returned an error (404): Not Found.”
Clicking “OK” each time it displays will eventually dismiss the message and the software remains usable afterward.
Our development team has identified the cause and is working on releasing a fix as soon as possible. We understand this is frustrating and appreciate your patience and support.
