The issue impacting Smartwaiver services, which affected waiver functionality for some Rock Gym Pro customers, has been resolved.
Access may still be intermittent for some users as updates continue to propagate across networks and devices, but functionality should continue improving as this process completes. In some cases, performing a force refresh on tablets or devices may help restore access more quickly.

The Smartwaiver team has identified the issue impacting their services and is actively working toward a resolution.
At this time, Smartwaiver has confirmed there is no data loss and that their systems remain healthy. While this may appear as a full outage from the user perspective, their services are continuing to run behind the scenes as they work to restore normal functionality.
As a temporary workaround, some customers have reported more success when switching between mobile data and Wi-Fi, though results have been inconsistent.
We will continue to share updates as we receive more information from the Smartwaiver team.
We are currently investigating reports of issues affecting the Smartwaiver integration. We have received similar reports from multiple facilities and have escalated the issue with the Smartwaiver team.
As a temporary workaround, some customers have reported partial success using web URLs or kiosk URLs, though results have been inconsistent:
