Brief Payments Downtime on November 3

As part of upcoming improvements to Rock Gym Pro’s payments infrastructure, we’ll perform brief maintenance on 11/3/2025.

Scheduled Downtime:

When: Monday, November 3 from 12:00 AM – 12:05 AM Eastern Time (2025-11-03 05:00-05:05 UTC)

Expected Duration: Up to 5 minutes

During this time, RGP will remain operational for most functions, but staff and customers may see error messages when attempting to interact with areas of the software that rely on Stripe Custom payments, including:

• Credit card payments at POS
• Updating payment information on customer records
• Billing
• Submitting or processing Change Request Forms that handle payment data
• Online purchases
• Connecting to payments.rockgympro.com

Error messages will prevent actions while the system is offline, but will not cause any issues. The only activity we recommend avoiding altogether during this window is processing payments via RGP’s Billing Center.

Customer-facing messages will note that the content is temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance and ask users to retry after several minutes.
