Smartwaiver will perform scheduled maintenance on late Sunday (9 PM PST)/early Monday, December 8 starting at 12:00 AM EST. The work is expected to last about two hours, during which all Smartwaiver systems will be offline.
Rock Gym Pro will remain operational, but any features that rely on Smartwaiver will be unavailable until Smartwaiver is back online.
You may receive automated emails during this window that indicate a process has started or finished. These messages may not reflect the actual system state. For the most accurate and current information, please visit Smartwaiver's status page at https://status.smartwaiver.com.
If your facility will be open during the outage, Smartwaiver recommends using Offline Mode in the Kiosk App to continue collecting waivers. Learn more here: Smartwaiver Offline Mode.
