We investigated and discovered an issue with our email service account and that is now resolved. Confirmation emails are delivering and no data was lost. All previously filled out waivers should now have their confirmation emails delivered as well.

This morning we have received a few reports of Rock Gym Pro Waiver confirmation emails not delivering.
We are investigating the issue and we will work as fast as possible to restore functionality. For now, you can direct customers to the Kiosk URL as a workaround.
That URL will not require a confirmation email and the waiver should deliver right away, just like at a Kiosk. To generate that URL, navigate to Data Entry > Manage > Waiver Management / Stations > Live tab. From there, click the button to Copy iPad/Netbook URL.
