Effective Date: Saturday, November 22, 2025

Required Version: RGP v.134811 or later (Released Thursday, November 20, 2025)

AWS (Amazon Web Services), which hosts much of RGP’s centralized data, is implementing infrastructure changes that affect how certain data types, like backups, waivers, and customer photos, are processed.

To ensure uninterrupted service, all customers must be running RGP version 134811 or later before they begin operating on their next business day, as early as Saturday, November 22.

Cloud Customers

You’re all set! All Cloud customers have already been updated. No action is required.

Locally Hosted Customers — Immediate Action Required

If you are a locally hosted customer, you must manually install the latest updates before Saturday to prevent service disruption.

How to verify your version number:

  1. Launch Data Entry
  2. Look in the bottom right corner under the Find Document button.
  3. Check for a version number written in this format: v1.1.134811.XX.

If your version number is 134811 or higher, you're all set!

If your version number is lower than 134811, you will need to update:

  1. Launch Data Entry
  2. Go to Manage → About → Check For Updates
  3. Install the update

If you have difficulty installing the update, you can install v.134811 with this direct link: RGP Update

Once updated, no further steps are required, and there will be no changes to how RGP functions.

If you experience any issues during the update process, please contact RGP Support for assistance.
