Smartwaiver has informed us that this issue is now fully resolved and waiver delivery should now be instant. We have tested this on our end as well and we are seeing instant delivery to RGP databases. Thank you for your patience and flexibility while the Smartwaiver team resolved this issue. The Smartwaiver development team is investigating the root cause of this issue so they can prevent this from happening again. We have received confirmation from the Smartwaiver team that there was an issue with waiver delivery starting today around 930 am PST. They have identified the problem affecting all of their customers and have resolved the issue. It is in its recovering stage now. The servers are catching up, and the waivers are on their way.
