RGP Customer Support Limited Coverage for US Holiday
RGP Customer Support will be available for emergency support on Friday, May 22nd, and Monday, May 25th in observance of the US Memorial Day holiday and an Employee Appreciation Day. During this time, our inbox will be monitored for emergencies between 7 AM - 3 PM PST.
If you experience an emergency during that time, please submit an RGP Request Form indicating that it is an emergency and we will assist you as soon as we can. If you experience an emergency outside of those hours, there may be a delay in resolution, but we will do our best to address the issue as soon as we can.
