The Dev team has resolved the issue for the majority of customers who were unable to submit RGP Forms. We thank you for your patience as we worked through this issue. Some customers are currently experiencing issues submitting Rock Gym Pro forms, specifically those created via Data Entry > Manage > Waiver Management / Stations. Smartwaiver forms and the Member Change Request forms are not affected.
Our Development team is actively investigating and working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, we recommend using Smartwaiver forms and/or paper waivers as a temporary workaround. If you need assistance converting your existing RGP forms into Smartwaiver forms, please contact RGP Support at support@rockgympro.com.
