Website Widget and Member Change Request 501 Errors
Our IT and Dev teams have identified and resolved the issue affecting our AWS servers that was preventing RGP web widgets and the member change request application from loading for some customers. Service should be restored at this time. If your facility is still experiencing issues, please reach out to support@rockgympro.com

Rock Gym Pro has received reports of an error on websites where RGP widgets are displayed and in the RGP application window for processing member change request forms. The error states "Woops, an error occurred!! Status Code: 501 Internal Error".
We're very sorry for the inconvenience. Our IT and Dev teams are investigating this now and will keep you posted.
