RGP Customer Support will be available for limited support only on Thursday, July 4th and Friday, July 5th in observance of Independence Day and an Employee Appreciation Day.
On those days, our inbox will be monitored for emergencies between 7 AM - 3 PM PDT (14:00 UTC - 22:00 UTC). If you experience an emergency during that time, please send an email to support@rockgympro.com indicating that it is an emergency and we will assist you as soon as we can. If you experience an emergency outside of those hours, there may be a delay in resolution, but we will do our best to address the issue as soon as we can.
