Smartwaiver Planned Server Maintenance

The maintenance window is scheduled for today/tonight at 9 PM PDT (0400 - 0800 UTC).

The Smartwaiver Planned Server Maintenance has been delayed to Wednesday, August 27th, starting at 12 AM EST - 4 AM EST (0400-0800 UTC). Out of an abundance of caution, the Smartwaiver team decided to delay the update upon identifying an issue that they'd like to investigate further.

Smartwaiver will be undergoing scheduled maintenance on Tuesday, August 26th, 2025, from 12:00 AM to 4:00 AM EST (04:00 - 08:00 UTC). During this time, all Smartwaiver systems will be offline, particularly Smartwaiver forms.

While Rock Gym Pro systems will remain fully operational, many of our customers use Smartwaiver through our integration. We want to help you prepare so your operations can continue smoothly.

What You Need to Know

• The Smartwaiver Kiosk App will continue to function if it is already installed, registered, and configured through Rock Gym Pro (RGP) before the downtime begins.

• Smartwaiver forms will not work during the downtime.

• RGP Forms, the RGP Member Change Request Form, and any RGP offerings in your top-level form list will still be accessible and functional on your devices.

• New Smartwaiver accounts, templates, or kiosk registrations cannot be created during the maintenance window.
