We've now resolved the incident. Smartwaiver documents will now populate the emergency contact on the RGP customer profile. However, waivers submitted since the update on Tuesday may not have auto-populated the emergency contact name. The Smartwaiver team is still working on a solution for this for all customers, but in the meantime, if you have any affected customer profiles, email support@rockgympro.com and we can help you get the emergency contact information. Some customers using Smartwaiver forms are experiencing problems with the Emergency Contact Name from recent waivers being recorded on the Customer Record in RGP. We're looking into this now.
