From 20:38-20:40 UTC, around 2 minutes total, Stripe observed elevated error rates and response times with the API. Stripe Custom Customers attempting to collect payment at that time might have seen an error stating "RGP Payment API no apiType property- {"message": "Internal Server Error"}." If a facility experienced that error, they should already be able to collect payment again.
While the impact has subsided, they are continuing to investigate and monitor. If there is any more development, we will update our status page as well.
