We are currently investigating reports that the Web Mobile Dashboard is displaying zero values for sales, check-ins, and other daily metrics.
Some gyms have also reported that the dashboard menu shows outdated “last backup” dates for certain locations.
At this time, we have every reason to believe this is a display issue within the Web Mobile Dashboard and that underlying data, including transactions and backups, remains intact.
For additional peace of mind, you may verify your most recent backup: Navigate to Data Entry > Manage > Backup and Restore Database
On Cloud-hosted systems, this can be checked from any seat. On locally hosted systems, this must be checked directly on the server computer.
