We are aware that some locally hosted, multigym users on the latest version of RGP (v134811) are encountering a Version Mismatch error.
This issue typically occurs when not all workstations and the server are updated to the same version.
What You Need To Do
Please verify that every workstation and all of your server computers are running RGP v134811.
You can check a computer’s version by looking at the bottom-right corner of the Data Entry screen. • If the version is lower than 134811, it must be updated.
How to Update 1. Go to Data Entry > Manage > About 2. Click Check for Updates
If the update does not install through this method, you can download the latest build directly here: https://app.rockgympro.com/downloads/RockGymProSetup.msi
