We’re happy to report that the issue affecting some customers’ ability to submit Member Change Request forms has been fully resolved.
At 2:20 PM PDT / 21:20 UTC today, we deployed an update to our web servers that addresses the root cause of the problem. After extensive investigation, we discovered that recent changes in how Safari and other browsers handle content within iframes were interfering with the functionality of the Rock Gym Pro Change Request Form, which relies heavily on this technology.
Our Development team has been working tirelessly to identify and fix the issue, and we’re relieved to confirm that submissions are now processing normally across all supported browsers.
