Alert When Storing Credit Card Details for EFT in Cloud
We are currently investigating an issue where Cloud customers may receive an unexpected alert when entering credit card details for EFT billing or new direct debit customers.

In some cases, Rock Gym Pro may close after the card is entered. If this occurs, you can reopen RGP and continue normal operations. Your data will not be lost.
Our Development team is actively reviewing the cause of this behavior. We will provide further updates as soon as more information is available.
