Our Development and IT teams have identified and resolved the issue preventing some customers from connecting to their Cloud Hosts and the RGP Cloud Dashboard. We've gotten confirmation from customers already that service has been restored. If that's not what you're experiencing, please reach out to RGP Support (support@rockgympro.com) with the subject line "RGP Cloud Can't Connect".
We thank you for your patience.
We have received reports from customers unable to log into their cloud hosts or the RGP Cloud Dashboard. These customers are seeing a “Status Code 400, Bad Request (Failed to create token)” error. The RGP team is currently investigating this issue.
