We've received reports that some Smartwaiver/RGP customers are experiencing 5-10 minute delays in delivering completed Smartwaiver forms to their RGP database. Smartwaiver has confirmed that the issue is on their end and they are working with their Dev team to resolve this as quickly as possible. Though the issue is outside the architecture of RGP, we’re sorry for the inconvenience and will keep you posted.
