RGP Customer Support Limited Coverage for Upcoming Holidays
The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.
RGP Customer Support will be available for emergency support on Wednesday, December 24th, and Thursday, December 25th in observance of the Christmas holidays. During this time, our inbox will be monitored for emergencies between 7 AM - 3 PM PST.
If you experience an emergency during that time, please submit a request indicating that it is an emergency and we will assist you as soon as we can. If you experience an emergency outside of those hours, there may be a delay in resolution, but we will do our best to address the issue as soon as we can.
