The issue affecting completed Smartwaiver forms appearing has been fully resolved.
Our team worked with Smartwaiver to restore normal processing, and all affected waiver queues were successfully cleared as of 3:58 PM ET. Any waivers submitted during the disruption should now be visible and available as expected.
We are investigating reports that completed waiver submissions are not appearing in Smartwaiver as expected.
Our team is working with Smartwaiver, who is actively investigating the issue and working to determine the scope and root cause. Customers may experience delays or failures in the processing of newly submitted waivers.
