We've now resolved this incident. Smartwaiver forms linked from the top level form list, as well as netbook URLs, are now working. If you have any further issues, please email support@rockgympro.com with a new report.

In the meantime, you can use the following workaround. The Smartwaiver links work directly, the issue primarily affects Smartwaiver forms when linked from the RGP Top Level Form List.
As a temporary work-around, you can use the Smartwaiver URL on a web browser with your tablets. To get this URL, navigate to Data Entry > Manage > Waiver Management / Stations > Live tab.
From there, click on your Smartwaiver form and then click Copy Online URL. Finally, paste that URL into any web browser on your tablet.
We're currently investigating an issue affecting the Smartwaiver integration. At this time, Smartwaiver links are not functioning, and Top Form lists are not loading as expected.
