As part of ongoing upgrades to Rock Gym Pro’s payments infrastructure, we will be performing scheduled maintenance during the following window:
Start Date & Time: Sunday, November 9 at 9 PM PST (which is Monday, November 10 at 05:00 UTC)
Estimated Duration: up to 15 minutes
Impact: Most RGP functions will remain available. However, staff and customers may encounter temporary error messages when interacting with Stripe payment-related features, including:
These messages are expected and will not cause any issues. We recommend avoiding payment processing via RGP’s Billing Center during this time.
Cloud customers: If you have billing tasks automated and scheduled during this time, temporarily adjust the timing to not interfere with the downtime window.
Customer-facing messages will indicate that content is temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance and suggest retrying after several minutes.
